Description

In need of a new source of income to support their aging buildings and charitable work, the monks of St. Joseph's Abbey agreed to follow in monastic tradition and build a brewery on their grounds. The brewery is just the 10th Trappist Brewery in the world and the first one outside of Europe.

We managed both the building construction and the process equipment installation, which included the bottling line, fermentation tanks, services and control system. Extensive coordination with equipment manufacturers in Germany and Italy was essential.
