This renovation includes updates to interior and exterior common spaces. The interior improvements include updated finishes to the Fireside Lounge, a new two-story fireplace overlooking the coffee shop and bistro, fitness rooms, library, gift shop, auditorium, game room, indoor putting green and offices.  Exteriors renovations include an outdoor putting green and patio with fireplace, pergola and outdoor kitchen.

Due to the McAuley being an occupied facility,  we provided routing for the residents and relocation of their everyday activities.
