Nashua, NH

ARCHITECT: EGA, P.C. Architects | SIZE: 24,150 SF
Description
Once known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Hunt Community is now referred to as a Life Plan Community to better reflect what they offer to the residents. The Commons Redevelopment creates an environment that allows residents to make their own choices while leading an active, healthy lifestyle.
The common area renovation included new spaces for arts, health/wellness, a library, dining, administrative offices, a gallery, multi-purpose room and a residential neighborhood.
The new community area contains the Great Room, a 54- seat theater and a rooftop dining area. Atop the Great Room is a 1,000 SF terrace, complete with an outdoor dining area for residents and guests. Historical facades were also restored and accented with new porches.
