Description

Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull is a new memory care assisted living community that has been designed, using evidence based-research, specifically for those with memory challenges. The building consists of 64 one- and two-bedroom living units, four country style kitchens, activity spaces, outdoor courtyards and administrative offices.
