Description

Our team approach, from land acquisition to project planning, to design and delivery, brings a higher quality senior living community to Bedford, NH. We worked with Benchmark Senior Living, Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects and New Ecology to deliver one of the first Assisted Living Facilities to achieve LEED Platinum. The community includes 60 Assisted Living units, 24 Memory Care units, a commercial kitchen with dining common, dementia garden and several amenities.

We have completed work at over 15 Benchmark Senior Living communities.
