Description

Avery Heights Memory Care Residence is a newly renovated wing that has been designed to provide residents with an updated area that meets all their needs. The renovations to the memory care residence help promote a social model of supportive living through varied and planned programs to enrich the lives of the residents. 

This renovation includes 20 resident rooms, an inviting common living and dining area, a light-filled kitchen, and a peaceful memory garden.
