Description

We renovated this historic building in Lexington Center to create a bright and open space for an Orthodontics practice. One of the critical goals for the project team was to create clean, straight lines for interior finishes despite the age of the existing structure.

The interior was completely gutted and renovated and an exterior wall was bumped out to create more space. To ensure we met the aggressive schedule, we coordinated closely with the Owner, architect, and the orthodontic equipment provider.
