Description

We revitalized a flood-ravished indoor mall with an extensive vacancy rate into an open-air shopping center with a 90% occupancy rate. Square footage was reduced from 260,000 SF to 160,000 SF creating better delivery and service access to the rear of the building.

We added glass storefronts and windows and replaced the EIFS facade. We also installed a concrete flood barrier around the building and flood-proofed doors and other openings.
